Bear Lake Trail

Bear Lake Trail in Rocky Mountain National Park is a scenic, family-friendly hike that showcases the beauty of the park's alpine landscapes. This short loop trail circles the stunning Bear Lake, offering picturesque views of the surrounding mountains, including Hallett Peak and Longs Peak. The calm waters of Bear Lake reflect the towering peaks on clear days, creating a picture-perfect moment for all who visit. A slight rain shower came through the day I was hiking Bear Lake Trail, creating a serene atmosphere on the lake. It was mesmerizing to sit and watch the droplets of rain fall on the lake, creating lots of tiny ripples.
